Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GramMark and Intheknow Systems Labs LTD collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use the GramMark website, mobile applications and related services.
1. Who operates GramMark
GramMark is operated by Intheknow Systems Labs LTD, Nigeria. References to "GramMark", "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Intheknow Systems Labs LTD in connection with the GramMark product.
This policy applies to grammarkdownloader.com, GramMark mobile applications and the services used to provide GramMark features.
2. Information you provide
Instagram links
When you use GramMark to find media, you provide a publicly accessible Instagram URL. GramMark processes that URL and information associated with the public media so it can provide a preview, download or bookmarking functionality.
GramMark is designed for publicly accessible Instagram content. It does not require your Instagram password for the normal public-content workflow and does not intentionally bypass private-account access controls.
Account information
If you create or use a GramMark account, we may process your email address, account identifier, authentication information and session information. Authentication services are provided using third-party infrastructure such as Supabase.
Collections and history
GramMark may process information needed to maintain your collections, bookmarks and usage history, including public source URLs, source identifiers, captions, thumbnails or cover references, collection names, timestamps and whether an item was viewed, saved or downloaded.
Some information may remain on your device when you use GramMark without signing in. When you use an account, eligible library information may be synchronized so that it can be available across your devices.
3. Media processing and downloads
GramMark may temporarily process public media URLs, previews, thumbnails, captions and related metadata through our servers and service providers in order to resolve a public Instagram link and deliver the requested result.
Ordinary downloads are delivered to your device. GramMark is not intended to create a permanent hosted copy of every media file that you download. Information needed for bookmarks, history, security, troubleshooting or account features may be retained separately as described in this policy.
4. Payments and subscriptions
If you purchase GramMark Pro or another paid offering, we may process information about your plan, subscription status, billing interval, entitlement, transaction status and payment provider.
Payment processing may involve providers such as Apple, Google, RevenueCat and Paystack. Payment providers may collect payment details directly under their own privacy policies. GramMark does not need to receive your complete card number from those providers in order to maintain your Pro entitlement.
Where GramMark offers a supported cryptocurrency payment option, information such as a payment reference, public wallet address and blockchain transaction signature may be processed to verify the payment. Transactions submitted to a public blockchain such as Solana are public and cannot be removed from that blockchain by GramMark.
5. Advertising and consent
Free versions of GramMark may display advertising. We use third-party advertising services such as Adsterra on the web and Google AdMob in mobile applications. GramMark Pro is intended to provide an ad-free experience while the applicable Pro entitlement is active.
Advertising providers may process information such as device information, IP address, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, interactions with ads and similar technical information, subject to applicable law and your consent choices.
Advertising and privacy controls vary by provider, platform, region and applicable law. For visitors in regions where prior consent is required for Adsterra advertising technologies, GramMark does not load Adsterra until the visitor allows advertising cookies or similar technologies. If that choice is declined, GramMark may instead display its own first-party product or Pro promotions.
6. Analytics, diagnostics and security
We may collect technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve GramMark. This may include browser or device type, operating system, IP address, timestamps, feature usage, performance information, error information and security logs.
The GramMark website may use services such as Google Analytics to understand aggregate product usage and performance. Analytics and similar technologies may use cookies or comparable identifiers where permitted.
7. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and maintain GramMark;
- resolve public media links and provide previews and downloads;
- maintain accounts, collections, history and cross-device synchronization;
- provide and verify subscriptions and paid entitlements;
- display and measure advertising where permitted;
- understand product performance and improve GramMark;
- detect abuse, fraud, security incidents and technical problems;
- respond to support and privacy requests; and
- comply with legal, regulatory and accounting requirements.
8. Legal bases in the EEA, UK and similar regions
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may process personal data because it is necessary to provide a service you requested or perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting GramMark, because you have provided consent, or because processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent through the privacy controls made available to you or by contacting us. A withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
9. How information may be shared
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone data product.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate GramMark, including providers of hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, payment processing, media-link resolution, customer support and security services.
These providers may include Supabase, Google, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play and Paystack, depending on which GramMark platform and features you use.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, protect users or the public, or complete a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is processed.
Account and synchronized library information may be retained while your account remains active. Transaction and subscription records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations. Security and diagnostic records may be retained for a reasonable period needed to investigate and protect the service.
Local information stored only on your device may also remain until you remove it, clear the application's data or uninstall the application.
11. International processing
GramMark and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we and our providers use appropriate mechanisms intended to protect personal data transferred internationally.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, or to receive a portable copy of certain information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a data-protection authority.
You may contact us using the address below to make a privacy or account-data request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
13. Advertising privacy choices
Where required by applicable law, GramMark provides consent or privacy controls for advertising. On the web, visitors in applicable privacy regions may allow or reject advertising cookies before Adsterra is loaded. Rejecting that choice prevents Adsterra from loading unless the choice is changed later; GramMark may still display first-party product promotions. Mobile advertising privacy controls may differ by platform, region and applicable law.
Changing an advertising consent choice does not necessarily prevent every type of advertisement; the advertising platform may instead limit the information used or the type of advertising it can serve, depending on applicable law and your choices.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. Children
GramMark is not directed to children who are below the age at which they may independently consent to the processing of personal data under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to GramMark in circumstances requiring parental authorization, contact us so that we can review the matter.
16. Third-party content and services
GramMark processes links to publicly accessible third-party content. Third-party platforms and websites have their own privacy practices, terms and content policies. This Privacy Policy does not govern how Instagram, Meta or another third party processes information on its own services.
GramMark is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as GramMark changes or as legal and operational requirements evolve. We will update the effective date shown at the top of this page when we make a material revision.
