What kinds of Instagram links can I use with GramMark?
GramMark is designed for publicly accessible Instagram Reels, photo posts, video posts, carousels and currently available Stories. The source must still be publicly reachable when GramMark processes the link.
Can GramMark download content from a private Instagram account?
No. GramMark intentionally does not bypass Instagram privacy controls. Content that requires private-account access is unsupported.
Do I need to give GramMark my Instagram password?
No. The normal public-content workflow does not require you to sign in to Instagram through GramMark or provide your Instagram password.
Why can an Instagram link sometimes fail?
A link may no longer work if the post was deleted, a Story expired, the account or post became private, the URL is incomplete, Instagram changed the way the media is exposed, or the media service is temporarily unavailable.
Can I preview media before downloading it?
Yes. GramMark resolves the public link first and shows the available media so you can check what was found before choosing what to download.
How do carousel downloads work?
GramMark can show the available images and videos from a public carousel in order. Free users can download individual items, while full-carousel batch downloading is a GramMark Pro feature.
What is the difference between downloading and GramMarking a post?

Can I download any public content I find?
GramMark provides a utility for accessing publicly available media. You remain responsible for respecting the creator's rights, Instagram's terms and any permissions required for how you use downloaded media.
