1. About GramMark

GramMark provides tools for processing publicly accessible Instagram links, previewing available media, downloading media to your device and organizing source information through features such as collections and history.

GramMark is operated by Intheknow Systems Labs LTD, Nigeria. GramMark is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

2. Public-content limitation

GramMark is intended for content that is publicly accessible at the time it is processed. GramMark does not intentionally bypass private-account access controls.

Content can later become unavailable because it is removed, expires, becomes private or is otherwise changed at the source.

3. Your responsibility for media

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GramMark and any media you download complies with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, contractual obligations and relevant platform rules.

Public availability does not by itself grant ownership or permission to redistribute, sell or otherwise exploit someone else's content.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use GramMark to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• circumvent private-account or access restrictions;
• interfere with or abuse GramMark's infrastructure;
• use automated traffic in a manner that unreasonably burdens the service or attempts to evade usage controls;
• distribute malware or use GramMark in connection with fraud, impersonation or other harmful activity; or
• attempt unauthorized access to GramMark accounts, systems or administrative services.

5. Accounts

Some GramMark features can be used without an account. Other features may require an account so collections, history, entitlements or other eligible information can be associated with you across supported devices.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

6. GramMark Pro and payments

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions, one-time payments or other supported payment methods. Available pricing, billing intervals and payment providers are shown during the relevant purchase flow.

Purchases made through Apple, Google or another external payment provider may also be governed by that provider's billing terms and policies.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Any supported cryptocurrency refund process is subject to verification, applicable product rules and applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

GramMark depends in part on third-party platforms, networks and service providers. A particular source or feature may therefore become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when needed to maintain, secure, improve or adapt the service.

8. GramMark intellectual property

GramMark's software, interface, branding and original service materials are owned by or licensed to Intheknow Systems Labs LTD, except for third-party materials and user-provided or source content.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of GramMark software or branding to you.

9. Third-party platforms and services

Instagram, payment providers, authentication providers, analytics services and other external services have their own terms, policies and availability. GramMark does not control those third-party services.

10. Disclaimer

GramMark is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every source link will resolve, that every third-party service will remain available or that the service will always operate without interruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Intheknow Systems Labs LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of GramMark or from third-party content or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you.

14. Privacy and contact

The GramMark Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the service.
