GramMark Help

Using GramMark and fixing common link problems.

GramMark works with publicly accessible Instagram media. This guide explains what is supported, why a link may fail, and what to check before trying again.

What GramMark supports

GramMark is designed to process publicly accessible Instagram Reels, photo posts, video posts, carousels and currently available Stories.

Paste the Instagram link into GramMark, choose Find media, review the result, then download the available item or organize the source in a GramMark collection.

Single media

Public photos, video posts and Reels normally resolve to a single preview and download option.

Carousels

Public carousels can contain images, videos or both. GramMark presents the available items in source order.

Stories

Stories are temporary, so the source must still be publicly accessible when GramMark processes it.

Collections

GramMarking is separate from downloading. It lets you organize useful source links so you can find them again.

Public content versus private content

GramMark intentionally does not bypass Instagram private-account controls. If a post, Story or account requires private access, GramMark does not attempt to log in as you or circumvent that restriction.

You do not need to provide your Instagram password for GramMark's normal public-content workflow.

If GramMark cannot open a link

  1. Confirm that you copied the complete link to the specific post, Reel, Story or carousel.
  2. Open the source in a normal browser session and confirm that it is still publicly accessible.
  3. For Stories, confirm that the Story has not expired or been removed.
  4. Check whether the account or individual post has changed from public to private.
  5. Retry the current source link in GramMark in case the earlier failure was temporary.
A saved source is not a permanent archive.

Instagram creators can delete content or change its visibility later. A GramMark helps organize the source, but it cannot guarantee that Instagram will keep that source publicly available.

Expired download links

Some media download grants are temporary. If GramMark says a download has expired, reopen or resolve the original Instagram source again. A fresh resolution can provide a new download result while the source remains available.

Carousel downloads

Free users can download available carousel items individually. Eligible GramMark Pro users can use batch carousel downloading to prepare the available items together.

If a batch attempt reports expired items, resolve the original carousel again before retrying.

Accounts, history and collections

You can use straightforward public-media downloading without creating a GramMark account. Signing in is useful when you want eligible collections, history and Pro access associated with your GramMark account across supported devices.
