How to request account deletion

GramMark is operated by Intheknow Systems Labs LTD. To request deletion, email us using the address associated with your GramMark account whenever possible.

Use the subject line GramMark Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with the account you want deleted.

Identity verification

We may need to verify that you control the GramMark account before completing deletion. This is intended to prevent someone else from deleting your account without authorization.

Do not send your password, full payment-card number, wallet private key, seed phrase or Instagram login credentials.

What will be deleted

After a valid deletion request is verified, GramMark will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data under our control that is no longer required for a legitimate retention purpose. This may include:

• your GramMark account and account identifier;
• account authentication and profile information;
• synced collections, bookmarks and eligible usage history;
• account-linked preferences and library information; and
• other personal data associated with the account that GramMark is not required to retain.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or other legitimate compliance purposes. Where retention is required, the information will be retained only for the applicable purpose and period.

Payment providers, app stores and other independent service providers may retain transaction or subscription records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

Information already recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted by GramMark.

Subscriptions and downloaded files

Deleting your GramMark account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Google Play, Apple or another payment provider. Cancel any recurring subscription through the provider that manages it.

Files that you have already downloaded to your device are stored on your device and are not removed automatically when your GramMark account is deleted. You can delete those files directly from your device.

How long deletion takes

We aim to complete verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may remain for longer where retention is legally required or where it persists temporarily in secure backup systems before normal backup expiration.
