Which Instagram content types does GramMark support?
GramMark is designed for publicly accessible Reels, photo posts, video posts, carousels and currently available Stories. The exact media returned depends on what remains publicly accessible at the source when the link is processed.
Does GramMark work with private Instagram accounts?
No. GramMark intentionally does not bypass Instagram privacy controls. A post or Story that requires private-account access is outside the supported public-content workflow.
Do I need a GramMark account to download media?
No. Straightforward public-media downloads can be used without creating a GramMark account. Signing in becomes useful when you want collections, synchronized history and eligible Pro features across supported devices.
Why might a public Instagram link stop working?

Does GramMark permanently keep everything I download?
