Questions

GramMark FAQ

Can GramMark download a Reel from a private account?

No. A Reel must be publicly accessible when GramMark processes the link. GramMark does not attempt to bypass private-account access controls.

Can I preview the Reel before downloading it?

Yes. Previewing is part of the workflow so you can check the resolved media before deciding whether to download it.

Why can a Reel link that worked before fail later?

The Reel may have been removed, restricted or made private, the account may have changed visibility, or the public media endpoint may no longer expose the same resource. GramMark can only work with media that remains publicly reachable.

Can I GramMark a Reel without downloading it?

Yes. Saving the source into a collection is separate from downloading the video. This is useful when you mainly want to organize an interesting Reel and return to its source later.

Does saving a Reel in a collection guarantee the video will always remain available?

No. A GramMark helps you organize the source, but Instagram content can later be deleted, restricted or made private by its owner.

Do I need to sign in to Instagram through GramMark?

No. GramMark's normal public-Reel workflow does not ask for your Instagram password or require GramMark to sign in to your Instagram account.
