How to save a currently available public Story

  1. Open the public Instagram Story while it is still available and copy its current link.
  2. Paste the Story URL into GramMark and choose Find media.

Why does Story availability matter more than with a normal post?

Stories are temporary by design. Once the original Story expires or is removed from public access, the same link may no longer provide media for GramMark to retrieve.

Can GramMark retrieve an expired Story?

GramMark is designed around media that is currently publicly accessible. It is not an archive for recovering Stories after Instagram no longer exposes them through the public source.

Can GramMark access a private Story?

No. Private-account Stories are intentionally unsupported, and GramMark does not bypass Instagram's private-account controls.

Can a Story contain more than one available item?

A Story source can sometimes expose multiple available media items. When more than one item is returned, GramMark presents the available results so you can review what was found.

Can I save a Story source in a GramMark collection?

Yes, but remember that bookmarking the source does not preserve the temporary Story itself. If the original Story later expires, returning to the source may no longer produce the same media.

What should I do if a Story link fails immediately?

Check that the Story is still live, that the account is public and that you copied the current Story link completely. If those conditions are satisfied, retrying the current link can help distinguish a temporary resolution failure from an unavailable source.
